Mr Mohammad Abdul-Nabi has been a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon in East Lancashire since 1999. In addition to being a General Ophthalmologist, he performs a high number of cataract procedures. Mr Abdul-Nabi initiated and managed vitreo-retinal services in East Lancashire since 1999.
He performs a large volume of vitrectomy procedures, managing retinal detachments, macular problems and visual loss due to diabetes and vascular occlusion. He also has a special interest in age related maculopathy, offering treatments at BMI Gisburne Park Hospital.
Mr Mohammad Abdul-Nabi is actively involved in teaching and examinations. He is an Examiner for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London; and The Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow.
