At BMI Healthcare, we take pride in the level and quality of service that we provide to our patients and our doctors. Patients are asked to complete a questionnaire, giving their opinion of how we have performed. These questionnaires are collected and analysed by an independent research organisation, Howard Warwick Associates Ltd, to provide each BMI Healthcare hospital with unbiased ratings of its service every month.
