We are proud of our patient care and work hard to make each patient’s time with us as pleasant as possible. Our patient satisfaction survey is an important indicator of how well we achieve this and we monitor the results very closely.
The graphs below show the percentages of patients responding to the relevant questions with a rating of either good, very good or excellent. The last graph shows the percentage of our patients that say they would recommend this hospital to their family and friends.
These figures are extracted from a database of results compiled by HWA Consulting on our behalf and were prepared during February 2010 for the period January 1st to December 31st 2009.
