Mr Adam Costain is a general Podiatrist dealing with all Podiatric complaints but with a special interest in improving foot and leg Biomechanics to help ease the many conditions poor foot mechanics contributes to in the feet, legs, knees, hips, pelvis and spine. He diagnoses and treats anyone with any Podiatric condition that attends for consultation. He maintains close contacts with colleagues who provide specialised services in many fields and refer patients to them as necessary.

He regards communication and inter-referral between professionals as an essential part of the treatment and management of conditions. Mr Costain qualified in 1979 and worked in the NHS until 1984 when he started his Private practice and has been specialising in Podiatric Biomechanics and gait analysis since. In addition to his own practices, he also has clinics at The Saxon Clinic, Milton Keynes (since 2011), The Chiltern Hospital, Great Missenden (since 2008) and The Paddocks Clinic, Princes Risborough (since 1998).
