Dr Massoud is a Consultant Paediatrician and Endocrinologist working both in the NHS and the private sector in London. Dr Massoud is a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Child Health at Imperial College School of Medicine. Graduating from University College London in 1987, as a Postgraduate General Professional Training in General Paediatrics in various London Teaching Hospitals. 

Clinical Research Fellow in Paediatric Endocrinology at the Middlesex Hospital 1993-1995.  MD (University of London) 1997.  Dr Massoud then went on to Higher Specialist Training in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at the Middlesex Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. 

He then gained a CCST in General Paediatrics and Paediatric Endocrinology 1998. Dr Massoud was a Clinical Fellow in Paediatric and Adolescent Diabetes at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, 1998/1999. He then went on to be a Consultant Paediatrician and Endocrinologist, North West London Hospitals NHS Trust and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in Child Health, Imperial College School of Medicine, London, since 1999. Dr Massoud has written various publications (chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals) in the field of Paediatric Endocrinology. He is an immediate past Chairman of the RCPCH Speciality Advisory Committee for Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes.
