Personal Profile
Dr Houston qualified in 1970 and trained in Glasgow and Toronto. He undertook much research in cardiac ultrasound and published papers on the subject.
He is a Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow, and is the previous President of the British Society of Echocardiography. His main clinical interest is heart disease in children and adolescents.
