Mr Amar Bdesha

Personal profile

Mr Bdesha was appointed Consultant Urological Surgeon at Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust in June 1997. He trained in London on the North West Thames Rotation including posts at St Mary's Hospital, The Hammersmith Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital.

He was awarded his Master of Surgery degree in 1996 after completing 2 years of research. He has published widely predominately in the field of male lower urinary tract treatment.

Since his appointment at Buckinghamshire Hospital NHS trust he has held the posts of Royal College of Surgeons Clinical Tutor, Undergraduate Clinical Tutor, Associate Clinical Tutor and is currently Programme Director for the Higher Surgical Training Programme in Urology within the Oxford region. He has continued to innovate and stay abreast of urological developments is able to offer the full range of urological treatment.
