Introduced Specialist clinics for Colorectal, and  Breast disease ( Symptomatic and Screening) Rapid Acccess Clinics for suspected cancer, and Multidisciplinary Meetings and Clinics.  Regional Specialist ( SE London) in Anal canal Cancer Salvage Surgery.

Special interests include Laparoscopic GI and Colorectal Surgery, Salvage Pelvic Surgery for Cancer as well as the surgical treatment of Sacral and Coccygeal Tumours.

Mr Montgomery not longer works in the NHS. His previous NHS hospital consultant appointments include South East Thames 1987 until 2011: The Brook General, Greenwich District and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals.
