Personal profile

I graduated with Honours and the year medal from the University of Dundee and initially undertook a period of training in General Internal Medicine, Stroke Medicine and Neurology in Scotland during which I co-authored a book for the Royal Society of Medicine Press and published in international medical journals. I moved to the West Midlands and undertook the regional training programe in Clinical Neurophysiology as a registrar and gained comprehensive experience in clinical neurophysiolgy including time at the Queen Elizbeth Neuroscience Centre and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

I have previously worked as a consultant at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire and subsequently moved to the University Hospital of Birmingham NHS trust.
