I am a consultant ENT surgeon working at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. I provide a general service with sub-speciality interest in ear surgery, as well supporting the Head and Neck cancer service.
I completed my general ENT training in the South West of England before spending a year in Melbourne at the Bionic Ear Institute learning neurotology and cochlear implant surgery. My undergraduate training was at University College London and Cambridge University.
I have a major interest in surgical education with a masters in Medical Education from the University of Wales College of Medicine. I am Training Program Director for ENT in the Severn Deanery, lead for undergraduate ENT training in the Trust and teach on the Training the Trainers course at the Royal College of Surgeons.
