Mr David M Selvey

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

FRCS (Glas), FCSSA (Orth) MMED (Orth) UCT

Year qualified:1986

Personal profile

I came to Droitwich having returned from Canada where I worked with Joseph Schatzker. I graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in 1986 and then worked in the UK before returning to South Africa to complete my orthopaedic training in Cape Town. Subsequent to that I spent a year in Dublin doing a shoulder and upper limb fellowship with James Colville, President of the British Elbow & Shoulder Surgery Society and then a further fellowship in arthroplasty, also in Dublin.

I would be pleased to see all general orthopaedic problems but would especially welcome patients with problems in their upper limbs, specifically the shoulder and elbow.
