Mr Deji Olojugba initially trained in general surgery, before specialising in vascular surgery. This has given Mr Olojugba a breadth of experience which spans over 20 years.
Appointed as a consultant in 2006, Mr Olojugba works as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon in the South Mersey region covering the Warrington, Chester and Arrowe Park NHS Hospitals, as well at BMI The South Cheshire Hospital in Leighton, Crewe.
As a vascular surgeon, Mr Olojugba is skilled in both open and endovascular procedures. His major vascular surgeries tend to be carried out in the NHS and include procedures such as aneurysm repairs, carotid arterial disease and arterial by-pass operations. Similarly, he provides a wide range of treatments for venous disorders. He has kept up to date with advances in techniques for dealing with varicose and spider veins in the legs.
At BMI The South Cheshire Private Hospital, Mr Olojugba offers minimally invasive varicose vein surgery, endovenous laser treatment, thread veins, laser veins and vein sclerotherapy.
