Dr Elizabeth Williams

Dr Elizabeth Williams qualified in medicine from Southampton University in 1990, after obtaining her psychology degree in 1988. Her clinical training in general medicine and gastroenterology was based in Southampton and South West England.

She undertook a doctorate into liver disease for which she was awarded her PhD in 2001. She has been in post as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since 2003.
