Fiona Tsang-Wright graduated from King’s College London in 1998 and completed her General Surgery training in London. She sub-specialised in oncoplastic breast surgery whilst at tertiary units in Central London, gaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2018.

She is on the GMC Specialist Register for General Surgery (GMC No. 4549831) and was appointed as an NHS Consultant Breast and Reconstructive Surgeon at Wycombe Hospital, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust in 2019.

Clinical Interests

Mrs Tsang-Wright has a practice focussed on breast diseases, including breast cancer and benign breast issues. She has an interest in oncoplastic breast conserving surgery, reconstructive surgery using implant-based reconstruction, and has a close collaboration with Consultant Plastic Surgeons for complex flap-based reconstructions.

Her clinics are all ‘One-Stop Triple-Assessment’ with a team including a radiologist (and tissue biopsy if needed) and supported by a breast care specialist nurse; this enables a full-assessment at the first consultation ensuring that each patient will have advice about the diagnosis by the end of the first review.

She has an interest in training and is a supervisor for students from the University of Oxford and University of Buckingham Medical Schools, as well as core surgical and higher surgical trainees from the Oxford Deanery.

She has interest in Healthcare Management and is currently a member of the Trust Cancer Delivery Group.
