I completed my specialist medical training in the UK and entered into the Specialist Register for General (Internal) Medicine on 06/08/2010.
I am currently working as an Acute Consultant Physician in a busy University Hospital (London Northwest University Hospital-Northwick Park Hospital). I treat patients with Acute medical emergencies in Accident and Emergency and on the medical wards. I admit patients into the medical wards and make decisions on the treatment and care of medical patients on a daily basis.
Ambulatory Care Unit:
I run the Ambulatory care unit as a Consultant. I accept GP referrals directly for patients who are suitable for treatment in Ambulatory care unit. In our Ambulatory care unit we manage patients with Acute DVT, Acute PE, Acute Raynauds syndrome, Anaemia, Atrial fibrillation, COPD, First seizure, Giant cell arteritis, headache, Heart failure, Hot swollen joint, Hyperglycaemia, Hyperkalemia, Hypertension, Low risk GI bleed, Pyelonephritis, Pleural effusion, Rhabdomyolysis, Syncope, Thyrotoxicosis etc.
I can organise further investigations including blood tests, 24hrs ECG tape and Echocardiography and follow up.
