Mr Hamish Thomson qualified from St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. He undertook general surgical training in Bristol gaining his Fellowship of The Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
He then trained as a Registrar at The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, London, where he obtained his ENT FRCS Eng. Following this he worked as Senior Registrar in Birmingham, spending time at The Birmingham Children’s Hospital. He was awarded the Midland Institute of Otology Bursary to attend The Nijmegan Ear Surgery Course.
Mr Thomson was appointed Consultant at Wycombe Hospital in 1992 and works at Wycombe and Stoke Mandeville Hospitals and more recently at The John Radcliffe.
He deals with all aspects of Adult and Paediatric ENT disorders, and has a special interest in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Salivary Gland Surgery.
