Mr Ian Reilly

Mr Ian Reilly has spent 20 years in the field of foot care is a highly motivated surgeon with a proven track record as a clinician and educator. He has enjoyed remarkable success in the full range of clinical environments and has a deep commitment to professional development.

Mr Reilly qualified as a Podiatrist in 1988 and as a Podiatric Surgeon in 1996. He has performed over 4,000 surgical procedures under local, regional and general anaesthesia. He has a particular interest in bunion and soft tissue surgery and has lectured internationally on plastic surgical procedures of the foot.

Podiatric Surgery is well established in Northamptonshire and Mr Reilly leads the service for the local NHS Trust. He was appointed Consultant in 2004. He has had a concurrent career in the Army Medical Services. He was deployed to the Gulf in 2003 as a Troop Commander and is currently a Captain on the Regular Army Reserve.
