Mr James Webb is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at James Cook University Hospital Middlesbrough and Friarage Hospital, Northallerton. His areas of specialist interest are primary and revision hip and knee replacement, soft tissue knee surgery (arthroscopy) foot surgery and trauma (fracture) surgery.
Mr Webb trained at Newcastle medical school, and has worked throughout the north east.
Mr Webb has recently completed a fellowship in Perth, Australia; this concentrated on complex joint replacements, and computer assisted (navigation and patient specific) joint replacement. He also performs shape matched (patient specific, or "personalised") knee replacements.
Mr Webb also undertakes regular medico-legal work.
