Mr Nandlal completed his surgical fellowship at Bridge Hospital and achieved his Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training (CCST) in 2003 and was appointed Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at Mid Essex PCT and South East Essex PCT in 2004.

He is currently a tutor and examiner for the College of Podiatrists Directorate of Podiatric Surgery. Currently, Mr Nandlal is the Vice Dean of Podiatric Surgery in The College of Podiatry Mr Nandlal has a special interest in performing reconstructive foot surgery and has performed over 9000 surgical procedures in the last 12 years.

Mr Nandlal has lectured regionally and nationally and internationally on matter of Podiatric Surgery.
