Mrs Karen Goodall

Personal profile

Mrs Karen Goodall qualified from Sheffield University Medical School and gained considerable experience in ophthalmology in the UK, Kenya and East Malaysia before joining the Royal Oldham Hospital in 2000.   Mrs Goodall specialises in vitreoretinal surgery, macular degeneration, small incision cataract surgery, medical retina glaucoma and ophthalmic ultrasound.

She is a member of Royal College of Ophthalmologists, American Academy of Ophthalmologists, British and Eire Association of Vitreoretinal Surgeons.

Outside of her career Mrs Goodall is a keen golfer and also enjoys fell walking, swimming, gardening and photography.
