I graduated from Glasgow University in 1985. I became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1993.
Since 1996 I am emloyed by the NHS as a consultant general adult psychiatrist in Norfolk.
I have held a wide variety of clinical roles, working in the community and with inpatients.
In the past I worked in an independent eating disorder clinic for young people which was professionally challenging and rewarding to see people improve.
I enjoy working both as an independent practitioner and within the NHS.
