Miss Salman undertook specialist training in her chosen field of Women’s health in the Mid-Trent region. During this time, Miss Salman worked at Nottingham Queen’s Medical Centre and Nottingham City Hospital; Both are renowned centres of excellence in patient care.

In 2008 Miss Salman gained membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists; since then she has concentrated her skills by undertaking advanced training skills modules in urogynaecology, pelvic floor surgery and menopause management, both peri-menopause and menopause.

Maisa Salman is currently a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Lincoln County Hospital, Lincolnshire.  She is a member of a number of professional bodies, including British Society of Urogynaecologists, British Menopause Society, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and International Menopause Society.

Miss Salman strongly believes in delivering exceptional, individualised care.

Outside of work Miss Salman enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her three children.
