Professor Malcolm Reed is a Professor of Surgical Oncology and an Honorary Consultant at Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield. His main area of clinical interest is in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of breast cancer and related breast problems. He undertakes a full range of oncoplastic procedures, including breast reconstruction techniques in the surgical treatment of breast cancer.
He has a large number of surgical publications relevant to breast cancer and has been President of the British Association of Surgical Oncology. His second area of interest is in the diagnosis and management of soft tissue masses, particularly soft tissue sarcoma.
He is a surgical member of the Sheffield Soft Tissue Sarcoma Service.
