Miss Pezeshki is a consultant gynaecologist with special interest in urogynaecology at Milton Keynes Foundation Trust. She sees private patients at BMI Saxon clinic.
Miss Pezeshki is a member of Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecology and has vast experience in management of gynaecological and urogyanecology conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and heavy periods.
She has experience in advanced laparoscopic ( Keyhole) surgeries and can offer laparoscopic management of endometriosis, ovarian cysts and laparoscopic hysterectomy. She is also expert in managing heavy periods and uterine fibroid by hysteroscopy procedures.
In addition, she is experienced to manage recurrent prolapse and vaginal vault prolapse. She conducts urodynamic studies clinic to investigate the bladder prior to incontinence and prolapse surgeries and leads a Pelvic Floor Clinic in a multidisciplinary team in order to manage pelvic floor dysfunction.
Miss Pezeshki is a member of British Society of Urogyanecology (BSUG). She collaborates closely with the BSUG and uses their guidelines in the management of her patients plus monitoring all her work through this society. She is also a member of the International Urogynaecology Association (IUGA), International Continence Society ( ICS)and British Society of Cytologists and Colposcopist (BSCCP).
She has written many scientific papers in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is actively involved in research and teaching. She audits her practice regularly against national guidelines. She leads urogynaecology services at Milton Keynes hospital and is actively involved in teaching and training of junior doctors in urogynaecology practice. She works in a multidisciplinary group closely with physiotherpist, continence nurses and Clinical Commissioning Groups ( CCG).
