Specialises in Pain medicine and her special interest includes back pain, neck pain and pelvic pain.

  • back and neck injections including facet joints, epidurals
  • peripheral joint injections including knee shoulder and hip joint
  • trigger point injections, nerve root blocks for sciatica and radicular pain, 
  • peripheral nerve blocks
  • occipital nerve blocks for headaches

Dr. Namita Arora is presently working as a Consultant Anaesthetics and Pain Medicine in Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since September 2014. She has done her advanced pain training from University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and Guys and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. She has worked as a Locum Anaesthetic and Pain Consultant for one year in Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust prior to her appointment as a substantive consultant in Peterborough.

She has excellent experience in managing variety of pain conditions, while her special interest lays in back pain, neck pain and pelvic pain. She specialises in pharmacological management and interventional treatment of chroinic pain conditions.
