I have a PhD in neuroscience form the University of London. My undergraduate training was at St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School, University of London where I qualified in 1994. I trained to be dually accredited in medicine and Rheumatology on the South Thames Rotation. I have worked in Rheumatology units at King’s, Guy’s and St Thomas’s including the Louise Coote Lupus Unit.
I was appointed substantively as a consultant at Mayday Hospital in 2005. Here I take part in the general medical on call rota and have responsibility for medical inpatients. In my outpatient clinics I see a wide range of Rheumatological, connective tissue and vasculitis patients.
