Dr Palani Sathish Babu

Dr Babu qualified from Madras University, India in 1991. Further to his post-graduation in General Medicine In India, he trained comprehensively in General Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Yorkshire. He has since been a full time Consultant in Gastroenterology from 2003, moving to Lincoln in 2012 from Scarborough.

Dr Babu is a full time Consultant at Lincoln County Hospital as well as running a private practice from The Lincoln Hospital. He has a keen interest in education and has held posts as Royal College Tutor, Foundation Training Programme Director, Lead for Upper GI Cancer and Service Lead for Medicine and Endoscopy.
