Dr Peter Goulding runs epilepsy services at Leeds General Infirmary and at Harrogate General Hospital providing a comprehensive management program to include diagnosis of first seizure, treatment of difficult epilepsy and epilepsy in women planning pregnancy. He also advises patients thinking of surgical management of their epilepsy to include treatment with a vagus nerve stimulator.
His doctorate thesis was about the diagnosis of patients with different causes of dementia and memory impairment. He has continued these interests in his medical practice.
He has a busy general neurological practice involving both out-patient and in-patient work and managing disorders such as migraine, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.
Dr Goulding is married with 3 children. His main hobbies are of a sporting nature to include golf and skiing together with supporting my boys who are both keen rugby players.
