Philip has worked in Audiology for over 20 years, completing a Masters degree in Audiology at Manchester University in 1996. Following completion of his Certificate of Audiological Competence in 1999, he moved to become the Consultant Clinical Scientist (Audiology) at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.

He completed an MBA in 2004, and since 2005 worked at University of Manchester lecturing and leading Audiology research networks and the Masters Course in Audiology.

  • Diagnostic private hearing, balance and tinnitus assessments for children and adults.

  • Development of customised rehabilitation programmes for hearing, balance and tinnitus difficulties.

  • As Independent Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist can advise on and fit full range of private high quality digital hearing aids and provide a wide range of customised hearing protection devices for work and leisure. 

  • Current President of British Academy of Audiology and Lecturer at University of Manchester.
