Mr Rajeev Kushwaha

Personal profile

Mr Rajeev Kushwaha undertook his undergraduate medical training at Cambridge University. He completed clinical training at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals (London) before passing Final Examinations at Cambridge.

His specialist surgical training was gained in hospitals in and around London, culminating at two nationally-recognised centres for Laparoscopic General and Colorectal Surgery. He was the Trust Lead for Colorectal Cancer at Manchester Royal Infirmary for 4 years, and is the Trust Lead for the Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Programme. In addition he is the Clinical Lead for Clinical Governance in General Surgery.
