Personal profile

Dr Malladi graduated from the University of Cambridge with BA(Cantab) in Natural Sciences and went onto study Medicine at King's College, University of London.

He underwent specialist clinical training in haematology in Oxford and was subsequently appointed as a Consultant Haematologist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Birmingham where he specialises in the treatment of haematological malignancies with a special interest in lymphoma, chronic lymphatic leukaemia (CLL) and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL).

He has expertise in treating these conditions with chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation. As a senior clinical lecturer in the University of Birmingham, he has extensive research interests in stem cell transplantation and its complications as well as in lymphoma.
