Mr Daoud has been a breast oncoplastic surgeon for over 16 years, managing all aspects for breast problems: benign disease, Family history, breast cancer and melanoma. He has provided this care through the support of the breast and melanoma multidisciplinary teams.
Throughout those years he has managed hundreds of patients with breast cancer and melanoma. The results at their breast unit have shown a 10% better survival in breast cancer than the national average; a huge leap ahead for their unit.
Mr Daoud has introduced and embraced the latest technology in treating breast cancer such as new reconstructive techniques using Acellular Dermal Matrix, fat transfer and intra-operative analysis of sentinel lymph node in breast cancer.
