Dr Correa completed his Anaesthesia postgraduate training at hospitals in Yorkshire and the West Midlands. He also completed a fellowship at the Toronto Western Hospital in Canada before completing further specialist training in pain medicine at University Hospitals Coventry and Russels Hall Hospital, Dudley.

He is currently an NHS Consultant in Pain Medicine and Anaesthesia at UHCW, Coventry and holds a private pain management clinic at BMI The Meriden Hospital. Dr Correa has presented research papers at international conventions and has had numeours publications in peer reviewed journals. As an expert in his field, he is an examiner for the Royal College of Anaethetists in London and the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and a visiting lecturer at the University of Zambia in Lusaka.
