Prof Timothy Rockall

Personal profile

Professor Rockall qualified from Guys Hospital Medical School and trained in Surgery at St.Mary’s Hospital, London. He was appointed as Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in the Department of Surgical Technology and Oncology at Imperial College in 2000 and Consultant Surgeon in Guildford 2003.

He is the Director of the Minimal Access Therapy Training Unit in Guildford and Professor of Surgery at Surrey University 2004.  Professor Rockall was elected President of the Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons 2011 and elected to the Council of the Royal College of Surgeons of England 2015.
