Do I need a GP referral?
In most cases, a GP referral will not be required if you are paying for yourself.
If you are using your private medical insurance, you will need to get a GP referral so that your insurer can process your claim.
How do I get a GP to refer me to Circle Health Group?
At your GP appointment, please ask to be referred to the consultant or Circle hospital of your choice. If you are unsure about what type of consultant to see, your GP will be able to provide advice.
If you are not registered with a GP, Circle Health Group can provide you with Private GP services. Please call us on 0800 096 2694 if you would like to see a private GP.
How do I know which consultant to see?
You don't need to have a specific consultant in mind when booking an appointment with Circle Health Group, simply call us on 0808 101 0337 and our advisors will be happy to give you recommendations. You can also browse our consultant database.
How quickly can I see a consultant?
You can usually see a consultant within 48 hours, though if you have a specific preferred consultant, their availability may vary.
Is there any waiting time for surgery?
The scheduled date for surgery will depend on the specific procedure or treatment. However in the majority of cases you will have fast access to treatment at a time to suit you.

We will be able to provide a guide price upon enquiry, but the price will be confirmed in writing after your first consultation. This provides you with the reassurance of a fixed price, with no added extras, as well as 6 months aftercare.
