Sleep and snoring clinic

sleep clinicGood refreshing sleep is vital to every aspect of our health. Is something upsetting your sleep? Do you wake up un-refreshed? Do you snore? Almost everyone does at one time or another. Snoring can be troublesome in its own right but can also be a sign of a more serious problem called Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). Sleep Apnoea can lead to other health issues such as heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure and depression.

At BMI Albyn Sleep and Snoring Clinic we have a team of specialist consultants ready to help patients suffering from sleep apnoea, snoring or sleep disorders.

Initial assessment
When you contact us you will be asked to complete a patient questionnaire to help us direct you to the most appropriate member of the Sleep and Snoring team. The questionnaire may seem long and some of the questions quite personal but please complete this as best you can as it will help us to tailor your treatment plan quickly. Your answers will only be viewed by clinicians involved in your care and your answers will be analysed within a few days.
You will then be contacted to arrange your initial appointment.

To learn more about what happens at your initial appointment please see our dedicated page or read on about the recommended treatments.
