Meet the consultants

We are proud to work with two highly qualified and well-established Consultant Spinal Surgeons, Mr Mike Katsimihas and Mr Otto Von Arx. Both fellowship trained consultants have a breadth of experience in advanced surgical techniques relating to spinal pathology. These include microdiscectomy, spinal cord and nerve decompression, spinal fusion, microsurgery and minimally invasive surgery of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine, disc replacement, and kyphoplasty.

Our consultant spinal surgeons work closely with Bath Clinic’s pain management consultants, such as Mr Mike Coupe, physiotherapists and  the radiology team to ensure that a fast and accurate diagnosis is followed by the appropriate treatment.
