The latest feedback from patients at BMI The Beaumont Hospital has shown that of 150 patients who completed a feedback form following a procedure there, 98.7% were so impressed that they would recommend the hospital to their family and friends.
In addition, the independent survey revealed that 95.3% of those questioned said that their expectations were met or exceeded.
The responses were collected by Quality Health, the same independent survey operator which analyses feedback for the NHS, between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018.
Mr Simon Hargreaves, Consultant ENT Surgeon and Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee at The Beaumont Hospital commented “I’m very pleased to report that 98.2% of patients at The Beaumont Hospital would rate their overall quality of care as good or excellent.”
Mr Hargreaves continued “This is something we can be justifiably proud of as it underpins the dedication to the highest possible quality of care that we see from consultant colleagues and all supporting staff here at the hospital.”
The 180 staff who work at the hospital in Lostock, Bolton, have also been pleased with the feedback, which reflects the standard of care they provide care for NHS-funded patients, insured patients and those who choose to pay for themselves.
Executive Director Wyn Davies said “I would like to thank all our staff for their hard work, as well as our patients who took time to provide feedback. It’s great to know that we are seen so positively by the people we look after, and that they would recommend us to their family and friends.”
