Physiotherapy in Basingstoke

Get fast access to private physiotherapy and rehabilitation at The Hampshire Clinic in Basingstoke.

At The Hampshire Clinic we have a growing team of experienced chartered physiotherapists. We understand that everyone is different. Even if you have the same condition as someone else, our therapists will take the time to understand your needs and tailor a treatment plan to optimise your recovery.

We see patients from Basingstoke, Newbury, and across Hampshire, as well as those who come from further afield to take advantage of our experienced physiotherapists and excellent facilities.

Physiotherapy can help with a wide range of injuries and conditions including back and neck pain, repetitive strain injuries, joint pain and arthritis, muscle injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

There are also physiotherapists that specialise in women’s health, acupuncture, pilates and hand therapy.

Your physiotherapy sessions will be unique to you. We will build a tailored exercise programme focused on your individual needs. This will be developed during your first session. Our treatment programmes take a holistic approach to your health, considering many aspects of your well-being, including how you move, the factors that make your symptoms worse, and your individual goals for getting better.

Your physiotherapist will teach you a range of exercises during your appointments, and you'll be expected to complete your programme at home too. How often you perform your exercises and the kind of equipment you will use will depend on your treatment plan, but your physiotherapist will ensure you are able to perform your exercises safely and properly before doing them on your own. Our experts will ensure you have the right equipment and have mastered the techniques behind your exercises before you perform them without your physiotherapist.

We aim to offer you an appointment within 48 hours of receiving a referral. Referrals may be from your GP, Consultant, or from another Health Care Practitioner. You may self-refer but please be aware that several of the major insurance companies require a GP referral.

Call us on 0141 300 5009 to arrange your appointment today.
