At The Princess Margaret Hospital, we now have a brand new JAG accredited private endoscopy suite called 'The Windsor Suite', for patients based in Windsor, Maidenhead and Ascot.
Patients are treated by specialist private consultants, and our experienced private nursing team who, together offer exceptional patient care and support for families.
All our consultants and staff have demonstrated their competencies and are accredited to provide and deliver a fast and efficient care pathway against the National Standards of the Joint Advisory Group (JAG). The Joint Advisory Group (JAG) accreditation is the formal recognition or Gold Standard of competencies to achieve and deliver against set standards, established by The Royal College of Physicians for Gastrointestinal (GI) Endoscopy.
We offer the following private endoscopy procedures and investigations in Windsor:
We undertake up to 80 procedures each week and have the following facilities:
"It is clear that a good deal of thought has gone in to the design of this brand-new endoscopy unit. It is spacious and light. The lay out allows privacy in a safe environment. The endoscopy equipment is the latest and it’s up to date optics give great views meaning better diagnostics and treatment.” - Mr Philip Bearn
“The Windsor Suite is excellent – it comprises some of the latest technology and is a delight to use. I use the suite to predominantly undertake colonoscopies… The facilities help me to give a better diagnosis and treatment for my patients.” - Dr Richard Sarsam
“As an extremely anxious patient, I was treated most sympathetically. All I could have wished for during this procedure. I have never had such great treatment with such a good bunch of people. Couldn’t wish for better and I have been to a lot of hospitals (unfortunately)." - Anonymous
