At The Saxon Clinic we are able to conduct various common surgical procedures including:
- ENT: adenoidectomy, grommets, tonsillectomy and tympanoplasty
- Orthopaedics: ACL reconstruction and arthroscopies
- Urology: circumcisions, cysts, and undescended testicles (orchidopexy)
We have a number of special paediatric facilities and services at the hospital which include: children's menus, dedicated children’s rooms and a children's TV channel.
We see children from 0-16 years through our outpatient services, and from 3-16 years for day-case and inpatient procedures. Please note that children with acute medical or surgical problems are not admitted to this clinic.
Our aim is to ease the anxiety for both you and your child, so we offer you and your child the opportunity to visit the hospital, prior to admission where you can meet the staff and see our secure environment. Our children’s nurses are experienced and will aim to make you and your child feel comfortable and relaxed about their stay.
We provide children’s bedding, a selection of toys, and a children’s menu. All children will also receive a bravery certificate and BMI teddy bear to take home.
A Registered Children’s Nurse is involved in the planning and delivery of care for all children and is supported by a dedicated, friendly and caring team. You can learn more about our private Paediatric services team here.
