About us

Ross Hall Clinic Braehead is Ross Hall Hospital's new £20million expansion. The facility covers over 3,000m2, across three floors, and allows for the relocation and expansion of a number of services.

Eye Care Scotland, our dedicated ophthalmic suite, has moved to Ross Hall Clinic Braehead and enables the utilisation of further consultation and diagnostic rooms.

Ross Hall Clinic Braehead accommodates a comprehensive outpatient department, complimenting the original department located at the main hospital at Crookston Road. This new outpatient department has 17 consulting rooms as well as 2 minor surgical outpatient treatment rooms.

The new unit has a brand-new Respiratory Laboratory capable of providing a range of new outpatient respiratory tests previously not on offer. More so, it has a dedicated Cardiology suite with both a treatment room and echocardiogram room and, it also includes dedicated facilities for Gynaecology, Colposcopy and Urodynamic studies.

As well as the above new services and facilities, Ross Hall Clinic Braehead houses a second MRI scanner. This complements the existing MRI service offered at the hospital on Crookston Road and will enable us to see a higher volume of patients who require these scans as part of their diagnostic pathway, ensuring timely provision of diagnostics.

The design of Ross Hall Clinic Braehead allows for enhanced clinical pathways as well as, importantly, an enhanced patient experience. This enhanced patient experience is the result of a clinician-led interior design, ensuring patients are the priority at all points in their journey.
