On the day of my operation and throughout the day I was treated with utmost respect. Everybody I came into contact with was polite, courteous and very professional. You have staff to be proud of.

From reception to porters and everybody else I came into contact with - all professional and friendly. I am a healthcare professional - I am very hard to please when it comes to healthcare (especially mine).

Absolutely outstanding service from all concerned today regarding my elderly mum's gastroscopy - Mr Singh and his team were patient, kind and capable, and Vivienne who kept us fed and watered was just lovely! My mum is normally very anxious about hospitals - I have never seen her so relaxed in a medical environment!

Amazing facilities. I have just had surgery and spent an overnight here. Outstanding. I was very well taken care of by amazing staff. Lesley, Yvonne and Michelle in the Lomond suit were fab. Collete and Susan from Clyde on the nightshift were brilliant. All staff were supportive and done great jobs and the facilites were immense. Thank you to all concerned.
