Urgent Care Centres - Walk in self-pay service

What is a self-pay Urgent Care Centre?

The BMI Healthcare Urgent Care Centres provide a walk-in, self-pay service that you do not need a GP referral for. You can simply turn up, with no appointment necessary.

How does the service work?

You’ll be seen by a doctor or a nurse for an initial assessment and depending on the issue, you will either be treated on the spot or referred on to a specialist consultant. The unit offers a calm and relaxed environment where you can be seen by an experienced healthcare professional within 15-20 minutes of arriving1.

Initial consultation prices start from £69-£892. Additional investigative tests may incur an additional cost. Where you require onward referral to a consultant, physiotherapist or other healthcare professional we will be able to arrange a quick appointment for you without you needing to see your GP. A consultant may even be able to see you there and then.
