Dr Fatima Kagalwala is a highly accomplished Consultant Paediatrician with many years of clinical experience. Having completed post-graduate Paediatric training from renowned Grant Medical College and JJ Group of Hospitals in Mumbai, Dr Kagalwala moved to UK in 2005 to further widen her experience. She has worked across West Midlands, Northern region and in London including Great Ormond Street, Imperial and UCL.

Based around London, she offers specialist paediatric treatment for a comprehensive range of paediatric problems. 

She is the Lead for Paediatric Haematology at her Trust.

NHS Trust - Currently working within the East of England region, Lister and New QE2 Hospital, East and North Hertfordshire 
Teaching - Currently medical student tutor for UCL (Lead) and Cambridge medical students and an undergraduate OSCE examiner. She has conducted research on “Early diagnosis of childhood cancers from a Primary Care Perspective”.

Clinical Governance – Lead for Clinical Governance in Paediatrics at East and North Herts NHS Trust. Takes prime responsibility for ensuring guidelines are updated and chairs the risk management meetings.
