Dr Baranidharan undertook his undergraduate training in Madras and post-graduate training in Anaesthesia in Yorkshire.
He spent a year in Canada studying a fellowship in Pain Management. Currently, he is a Consultant in Pain Management in Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
He believes in a multi-modal approach to pain management and is well versed in most minimally invasive interventions in pain management, and teaches the same in his workshops for candidates from all over the world.
His research interests include: visceral pain, neuromodulation and neuropathic pain.
