Dr Harish Mallya

Dr Mallya is a Consultant Paediatrician, with his practice focusing on developmental paediatrics and paediatric neurodisability including learning disability.

He has expertise and offers consultation for children suspected to have developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyspraxia, epilepsy, cerebral palsy and any other associated learning disability.

He graduated from Karnatak University, India in 1990 before going on to complete his Paediatric Training in the Oxford Region, obtaining his MRCP (UK) in 1996. During his training he went on to do a Master’s Degree in Community Paediatrics from the University College, London. Currently he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and is also a Royal College Examiner.

Dr Mallya’s patients, from across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, all give him excellent reviews in regards to his communication and assessment skills. His assessments for autism are comprehensive and include standardised tools such as the 3Di interview and the ADOS. He works closely with schools and therapy colleagues to arrive at a complete set of recommendations and an action plan which will address the strengths and needs of every individual child.
