Miss Muzaffar is a Consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust, Winchester. After finishing her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Wessex deanery she has undertaken advanced training in urogynaecology and vaginal surgery. 

She treats women with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other bladder disorders including recurrent urinary tract infections and cystitis. In addition to her urogynaecology services, Miss Muzaffar also provides a full gynaecological service including one stop services for post- menopausal bleeding, endometrial ablation for heavy periods, surgery for dyspareunia secondary to childbirth trauma and lichen sclerosis.

She provides treatments for conditions including endometriosis, dysparunia, period problems and pelvic pain. She has full accreditation in gynaecological ultrasound and offers this service at Sarum Road Hospital.

She leads and runs the perineal clinic at both HHFT, Winchester and HHFT, Basingstoke. In this clinic, she manages patients with bowel dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, utero-vaginal prolapse, 3rd and 4th degree tears and sexual dysfunction after childbirth. She also offers endo- anal USS facilities in this clinic.

Miss Muzaffar is a lead Consultant for governance and risk management at HHFT, Winchester. Her research and audit work has been presented and published both nationally and internationally. She has completed MSc in Quality and Safety in healthcare with distinction at Imperial college London.

She is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Kashmiri.
