3D/4D ultrasound scan

A 3D scan results in still pictures of your baby, while 4D pictures are moving images of your baby.

A 3D scan results in still pictures of your baby, while 4D pictures are moving images of your baby.

A 3D/4D ultrasound scan focuses on your baby’s face and facial features. It is not a diagnostic scan and therefore does not include measurements of foetal growth or weight; however you will be able to see your baby’s features relatively clearly. The success of the scan depends on the foetal position and gestation. A DVD/CD with still and moving images will be presented to you at the end of the scan.
