At the BMI Goring Hall Hospital, we have access to modern equipment and private facilities for patients in Worthing, Pulborough, and Horsham.

BMI Goring Hall Hospital has 52 registered beds. The hospital has extensive beautiful grounds with great views of the sea and an elegant courtyard. The building was previously a residential hall but has been an established hospital site for over 25 years.

BMI Goring Hall Hospital attracts over 130 consultants who are assisted by a Resident Medical Officer, to provide 24-hour medical cover.

The hospital is equipped to the highest standards. With the skilled specialist staff, we can undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigation to complex surgery.

Our consulting suite comprises 6 consulting rooms, 1 Ophthalmic suite, a consulting room and treatment room, 3 pre-assessment clinic rooms, and a physiotherapy unit. 

There are three main theatres 2 of which have been installed with lamina flow (clean air filter system). A JAG accredited endoscopy suite and outpatient treatment room are used for day case and outpatient procedures. Most patients will initially recover in our recovery unit however dependent on the type of anesthetic some patients may recover within their bed area.  

Our diagnostics and imaging department include digital X-Ray, MRI, mobile CT, ultrasound, and digital mammography. Our diagnostics and imaging team will guide you so that you can access these services as quickly as possible at a time that suits you.

Our inpatient ward includes an extended recovery unit a facility whereby all inpatients and day-case patients may be taken for more intensive monitoring and assessment. This service is located on the west wing of the hospital.

Room service is provided to all inpatient and day-case patients by our catering team. Our chef creates daily special menus, to ensure that patients have a variety. All dietary needs can be catered for.

BMI Goring Hall Hospital is located halfway between Brighton and Chichester situated close to the A259 within 2 miles to the centre of Worthing and a quarter of a mile from Goring railway station. It can easily be reached from the A24 and A27.

*BMI Goring Hall Hospital work closely with the Goring and Ilex conservation group. Please can we ask that patients do not park on Bridle Way and use the customer car park.
